"The company that had taken over maintaining contracts & servicing our septic system from EM had quit without informing most of their customers. We contacted Jet Incorporated who referred us to a septic service who unfortunately did not service our area, but recommended another service: Dykes Construction. Nick answered my phone call; apparently was recently apposed of the situation from other customers. He was amazing! He worked with us, provided us a huge service coming out and inspecting, cleaning out the unit even though he was so busy with other work. He was so understanding, helpful, professional, and willing to help people out as much as possible. Thank you!!!"
